Prepayment via credit card required at booking. Deposit is fully refundable per cancellation policy below. Guests under 10 years of age are considered children and are not subject to Bahamian resort tax and fees. All persons 10 years and older are considered adults. Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged one night. 

No pets allowed. Check-in at 4:00. Check-out at 10:00. Late checkout available for a $50 fee.
